I created this blog to share some of the resources that I have gathered in my search to find effective ways to manage the stress of daily living. In these chaotic times, it can be all too easy to fall prey to the tremendous amounts of stress that we can be under each day. We all have responsibilities, pressures and expectations that we feel we must live up to.

But I have discovered that there are some very simple and free stress management techniques that bring a tremendous amount of peace and calm even in the midst of chaotic circumstances.
